Traffic lights out temporarily at S. Business and Broadway. Stop signs in use for East/West traffic on Broadway. 
Due to a crash involving a utility pole, power has been turned off at some locations on the south side of town. The traffic lights at S. Business and Broadway are not functioning as a result. Stop signs have been dropped fro East/West traffic on Broadway. Power outage is expected to last one or two hours. Thank you for your patience.
