All 9-1-1 phones and non-emergency lines are currently down in the Mat-Su Valley For emergencies please call 907-459-6800. Please be patient with the dispatchers as they navigate this event. All 9-1-1 lines and non-emergency lines are currently out of service for unknown reasons across the Mat-Su. Telecommunication technicians are actively working with telecommunications providers to get everything back up and running. 9-1-1 services appear to be functioning in other areas of the state, and this is only impacting the Mat-Su.
