* IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures near freezing will likely drop just below freezing while the rain falls this morning. This will likely cause some icy conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses for the morning commute. Conditions should improve mid-late morning as temperatures rise above freezing again.
