Union City, CA – Case #231121003 - On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at approximately 0307 hours, Union City Police Department officers responded to Lemonnade Dispensary for a commercial alarm, where 5-8 subjects were seen attempting to force their way into the business.  When officers arrived, they did not locate any suspects on the property.

At approximately 0317 hours, the Union City Police Department received calls from on-site security at Flor Dispensary regarding suspects who forced their way into the business.  Officers quickly arrived on-scene and noticed several suspects were still inside of the building.  The suspects attempted to flee but were located in the area.  Three juveniles from Oakland, CA were arrested for commercial burglary.
