* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.
* WHERE...Lower Kuskokwim Valley, including Crooked Creek, Sleetmute, Stony River, and Lime Village.
* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 4 PM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery surfaces.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as snow late Wednesday afternoon or early evening. Snow will then become mixed with or change to freezing rain during the evening hours. The greatest chance of ice accumulation will be from Wednesday evening through Wednesday night. By Thursday, any freezing rain that falls will likely be very light and patchy.
