VICTIM(S): Ruth Avita Gutierrez, 62-year-old Hispanic Female, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Ruth Guiterrez left her residence in the 13000 block of Foothill Boulevard. Gutierrez has a cognitive disability and requires medication. Gutierrez is known to frequent the shopping centers at Foothill Boulevard and Etiwanda Avenue and is also known to walk into the city of Fontana.
