INCIDENT: Critical Missing Adult

LOCATION: 13000 Block of Foothill Boulevard, Rancho Cucamonga

VICTIM(S): Ruth Avita Gutierrez, 62-year-old Hispanic Female, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga


SUMMARY: 
On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Ruth Guiterrez left her residence in the 13000 block of Foothill Boulevard. Gutierrez has a cognitive disability and requires medication. Gutierrez is known to frequent the shopping centers at Foothill Boulevard and Etiwanda Avenue and is also known to walk into the city of Fontana. 

Gutierrez is described as a Hispanic female, 4’11”, 132lbs, and wore a black shirt and white or beige pants. If you have any information or have seen Gutierrez, please call (909) 477-2800 or 911.
