Traffic Enforcement Details From November 25^th through December 8^th:
 
In an effort to address recurring traffic safety concerns within the Township, the South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following directed traffic enforcement details over the next two weeks:
 
West Side:
November 25^th to December 1^st: Henderson Road: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
 
December 2^nd to December 8^th: Route 1 Intersections: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Traffic Signal Violations
 
 
East Side:
November 25^th to December 1^st: Davidsons Mill Road: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations

December 2^nd to December 8^th: Fresh Ponds Road: Speeding, Distracted Driving, and Weight Limit Ordinance Violations
 
These traffic enforcement details will be conducted in addition to our Department's routine traffic enforcement efforts. 
 

Road Closure Scheduled – Henderson Road Between Route 1 and Route 27:

The Middlesex County Culvert Replacement Project is scheduled to close Henderson Road, between Route 1 and Route 27. The closure will begin Monday November 27, and will be a full closure - no vehicles will be able to pass through the work area. The closure will be 24 hours per day/7 days per week and the road is scheduled to be closed for 6 to 9 months. The posted detour will be Route 1 to Finnegans Lane to Route 27, and the reverse.
