INCIDENT: P.C. 243(E)(1) - Domestic Battery
LOCATION: 10 Block of Sunrise View, Havasu Lake, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ryan Mallory, 43-Years-Old, Resident of Havasu Lake, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Monday, November 20, 2023, at approximately 6:58 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department responded to a call for service near the 10 block of Sunrise View, reference a domestic disturbance. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered the victim had been assaulted by the suspect, Ryan Mallory. Deputies were unable to contact Mallory the evening of the assault and authored a warrant for the suspect's arrest.
On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at approximately 8:36 p.m., deputies located the suspect, Ryan Mallory at his residence. Mallory was consequently arrested for P.C. 243(E)(1)- Domestic Battery. Mallory also had two additional warrants out for his arrest from prior incidents for P.C. 422(A)- Criminal Threats and P.C. 484- Petty Theft. Mallory was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $75,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
