The Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station is accepting applications for the Deputy Explorer Program.
The Deputy Explorer Program is an amazing experience for those between 14 – 20 years old. Its purpose is to provide training and experiences that assist young adults in becoming more responsible, compassionate, independent, and self-confident, while serving as a volunteer in their communities. This program allows you to develop lifetime friendships with those at the academy and those within your station.
The next explorer academy is set to start in January, and runs 15 consecutive Saturdays. It is great for college applications and resumes, even if you are not interested in a career in law enforcement.
