Pomona Police Investigate Fatal Traffic Collision 
INCIDENT: FATAL TRAFFIC COLLISION

VICTIM: Male Adult Hispanic (55 Years Old) Name withheld pending family notification.
On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at about 5:30 PM, Pomona Police Officers responded to the area of the 1300 Block of E. Mission Blvd. in reference to an injury traffic collision. Responding officers discovered that a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian. When emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they found an adult male pedestrian down in the lanes of traffic. The LA County Fire Department also arrived at the scene; however, the adult male had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. The driver was not intoxicated.
