1. Assault Deadly Weapon (1734) 5200 Block of Barbados Court, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 34, was in an argument with the suspect when the suspect attempted to stab him while threatening to kill him. The victim was able to barricade himself in a room and was not injured. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Jacinto Aviles, 21, for assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats.
2. Person Shot (0047) South El Dorado Street and East Second Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 36, was in the area when the suspects shot him and stole his property. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults.
3. Person Shot (0254) 6100 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 33, was in the parking lot in the listed area when the two suspects shot him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of his wounds. SUSPECTS: Two Asian male adults
