Update: Missing Person, Bianca Karina Portillo has been located. 
The Monterey Park Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Bianca Karina Portillo, who was last seen driving away from her home in a 2005 White Toyota Corolla on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at about 12:00pm. She was last seen wearing a brown colored "Pink" long sleeve shirt, black pants and gray shoes.
