The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office has located the body of Billy Joe Blanton Jr. in a wooded area in Cliffside. The investigation is still ongoing at this time and a more thorough update will be released later. The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the public for their assistance in this case.
The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with information pertaining to a missing person Billy Joe (BJ) Blanton Jr. Blanton is a 37-year-old white male 5’11’’ tall, 220 pounds. He has blond hair blue eyes and a blonde beard. Blanton has several tattoos on his arms and chest. There is no known clothing description currently.
Blanton was last seen on November 11th, 2023, in the Henrietta area Of Rutherford County.
