NARRATIVE:
On November 25, 2023 approximately 10:11PM, Patrol Officers responded to a call shots fired and a person down in the 1100 blk of W. Ninth St. Officers located the victim down and suffering from gunshot wounds. L.A. Co. Fire Personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment. The victim ultimately succumbed to his injuries. A second victim was transported to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition.
Homicide Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and began an extensive investigation. The motive for the crime is not yet known.
