* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Avery, Yancey, Mitchell, Caldwell Mountains, Burke
Mountains and McDowell Mountains Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday. The strongest winds will be tonight into Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
