ORIGINAL PRESS RELEASE IS AS FOLLOWS:
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Rafael Santillan. He is a 42 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on October 19, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the city of South Gate.
Rafael is 5’11” tall, 225 lbs, black hair, hazel eyes, and tattoo of “Santillan” on his back. He was last seen wearing light blue long sleeve shirt and black sweats.
Rafael has a possible destination of East 2nd Street and South Central Avenue in Los Angeles.
His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
