The victim in this incident has been identified as 36-year-old Samuel Teah of Philadelphia.
This incident remains under investigation, and further details will be released when possible.

Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 1:49 p.m., in the 1100 block of Read Street.
Police located a 36-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital in critical condition and later succumbed to his injuries.
