OWI 6th Offense – Ralph E Cone 
On 11/28/23, at 2:52 AM, a Janesville officer located a vehicle traveling Northbound in the Southbound lane on N Wright Rd near E Milwaukee Rd.
Upon initiating a traffic stop, and making contact with the driver, the officer observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Ralph E Cone complied with standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (6th offense).
Cone consented to an evidentiary sample of his blood. The results are pending.
Cone was held at the Rock County Jail.
