COVID-19 & flu vaccine clinics announced 
The City of Hoboken & and Medicine Man Pharmacy will host a COVID-19 and flu vaccine clinic on Tuesday, Dec. 5, and Thursday, Dec. 7, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Multi-Service Center, 124 Grand St. 
Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccines are available to residents five years old and up. The seasonal flu vaccine is available to residents 12 and up. Be advised, there are limited flu vaccines available for uninsured patients. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-in appointments are available, but not guaranteed.

Join the 800 Monroe Resiliency Park final concept design community meeting
The City of Hoboken will host a community meeting on Thursday, Dec. 7, at 6 p.m. at the Multi-Service Center, 124 Grand St., to present the final draft concept design for 800 Monroe Resiliency Park.
The project team will gather public feedback on the final draft concept design for the City's fourth resiliency park, which project consultant AECOM developed based on public input collected through previous community meetings and survey responses.

Register your property
Annual Property Registration for 2023 will end on Dec. 31. All property owners of a single family, condominium, multiple dwelling units, and or mixed-use buildings are required by law to register their property. Registration is available online via the SDL Portal.   Property owners can register their property at www.hobokennj.gov/SDL by creating an account. Once logged in, go to your account page and click on "requests" to "claim your property" once you have provided the information and uploaded your property claim documents, you can “register your property” from the requests tab in the upper left corner. Your annual payment for Property Registration can be made online. Your account page will then list your claimed and registered properties, which you can edit and update with your property management information, building and unit information, and more. Attend the Sinatra Drive Redesign Community Open House
The City of Hoboken invites residents and community members to the Sinatra Drive Redesign Open House on Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 6 p.m. to  7 p.m., in the ground floor conference room of City Hall, 94 Washington St (entrance on Newark Street.) 
Members of the public are invited to stop by and review and comment on final plans and renderings for the redesign of Sinatra Drive. There will be no formal presentation, but representatives from the project team will be available to answer questions about the final design. 
The Sinatra Drive Redesign project will add a new protected bike lane, greenery, and Vision Zero safety improvements to transform a 0.7-mile stretch of Sinatra Drive between Fourth Street and Hudson Street. The project team developed the design based on feedback from two community surveys and four public meetings.
