Wilmington Police seek public assistance in locating missing person: 
Wilmington Police are requesting the assistance of the public in locating a missing person.
Bobby L. Pipkin, 42, was last seen in the area of 4th and Jackson Streets at approximately 7 p.m. on November 26, and is reported to have been driving a black 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander with Pennsylvania registration LJY4214.
Pipkin is described as a Black male, 6’4” tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
