The West Cape May Christmas Parade will be taking place on Saturday December 2, 2023, beginning at 5:00 PM

The West Cape May Christmas Parade will be taking place on Saturday December 2, 2023, beginning at 5:00 PM.  The parade will begin at the West Cape May Fire Department and will proceed down Broadway, West Perry Street, Perry Street, Carpenters Lane, and Ocean Street ending on Beach Avenue.   Seashore Road beginning at the West Cape May Bridge will be closed to Southbound Traffic starting at 4:00PM.  Only parade vehicles will be permitted to travel south on Seashore Road.  All other traffic will be diverted down New England Road.  Northbound traffic on Seashore Road will flow normally; however please use-reduced speeds to keep pedestrians and parade participants (mostly children) safe.   There will be “No Parking” along the entire parade route (including all along Carpenters Lane on the mall).  Please do not park your vehicles along the parade route, we would like to avoid having to ticket and tow vehicles on parade day.   Public consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in West Cape May Borough or Cape May City.  A summons will be issued to anyone found to be in possession of alcoholic beverages in public.
