Emergency Weather Response for November 2023 through March 17, 2024 
The St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren County Continuum of Care is working with area churches to provide the Emergency Weather Response (EWR) program. EWR season has started will go through March 17th, 2024. If temperatures are predicted to be 20 degrees or below overnight, the Continuum of Care will activate a free Warming Center Response to provide safe, warm place to sleep for the night.
