THE WAVERLY AVENUE BRIDGE WILL BE CLOSED beginning Friday, December 1st, 2023. This closure is necessary to facilitate the replacement of the bridge. Motorists should follow the posted detour utilizing Hoyt Avenue. Access to local businesses in the vicinity of the bridge will be maintained at all times. The duration of the Bridge Closure is currently expected to be 10 months. We realize this closure will be an inconvenience. We encourage motorists to plan ahead, seek alternate routes, and give yourselves plenty of extra time. Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones.
