INCIDENT: Death Investigation
LOCATION: Market Street/North L Street, Needles
VICTIM(S): Damien Reyes, 19-year-old Male Resident of Bullhead, AZ
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, November 26, 2023, at 7:35 a.m., deputies from the Needles Sheriff’s Station responded to the intersection of Market Street and North L Street for a report of a man down.
When deputies arrived at the location, they found a deceased man, identified as Damien Reyes, in a dirt lot with a gunshot wound. A handgun was located near the body.
Investigators from the Specialized Investigations Division also responded and assumed the investigation.
An autopsy was performed, and it was determined the gunshot wound was self-inflicted.
