2nd Precinct Community Service Officers Coordinate Community Cleanup 
2nd Precinct Community Service Officers T. Rich and E. Lorenzo received a complaint of illegal dumping in the area of Riverside Avenue and Chester Avenue. The Officers responded to the location and coordinated with the Newark Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to begin the cleanup. OEM Coordinator J. Sharpe James and Deputy OEM Coordinator J.
