SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT 
Areas of fog, drizzle, and light rain will persist through the
overnight hours. The fog will be dense in spots with visibilities
occasionally dropping to one-half mile or less. Motorists should
use caution and be prepared for rapid visibility reductions.
