* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Ascension, Assumption, Iberville, Lafourche, St. James and Terrebonne.
* WHEN...Until 100 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1006 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has already fallen across the area with additional amounts expected with storms moving in from the southwest. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Thibodaux, Donaldsonville, Napoleonville, Paincourtville, Supreme, Belle Rose, Labadieville and Chackbay. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
