The Miles City Police Department is attempting to locate 16-year-old male juvenile, Jacob Henry Eugene Harrington. Jordan is about 5'4"' tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and black hair. He has a cleft lip and scars on both of this arrms. He was last seen about 4:30 pm at his home in Miles City on December 1st. He was seen leaving his house wearing a blue Golden State Warriors sweatshirt, with blue jeans and black or blue Nike tennis shoes. Jacob usually wears a Raiders necklace.
