SMPD Seeking Help with Missing 13-year-old Girl

The Santa Maria Police Department is asking for the public's assistance with locating 13-year-old missing juvenile, Elvia Romero Jacinto. Elvia was last seen by family on the morning of December 1, 2023 in the1700 block of S Biscayne St.
She is described as a Hispanic female juvenile, about 4' 10" in height, weighing about 110 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater.
