**Parents located **  Found Juvenile: Need assistance identifying

A hispanic non verbal male juvenile was found walking in the area of Old Hwy 53 and Austin Dr. He is appoximatly 3 to 6 years old wearing a black Jordan hat with a green shirt and black sweat pants. He has a large identifiable scar on his left arm.
