Flood Advisory until 01:45PM Sunday

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall and poor drainage is expected.

* WHERE...Much of southwest Washington and northwest Oregon, excluding the high Cascades and the Hood River Valley.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying, such as railroad crossings and underpasses, as well as other areas with poor drainage. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is likely tonight into Sunday, especially where storm drains may be clogged with leave debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 PM PST, Rain will increase tonight, becoming heavy at times overnight into Sunday morning. Rain will decrease towards midday Sunday. - New rainfall 1 to 3 inches are expect across the interior lowlands, with the heaviest to south of Portland. Meanwhile, rainfall of 2 to 5 inches are expected across the coastal mountains and along the coast as well as the Cascades foothills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
