The officers forced the vehicle to stop and took the suspect into custody without further incident. ARRESTED: Eugenio Gonzales Benabaye, 54, for evading and traffic violations.

The male victim, 40, was in the area when he was shot. The victim was transported to an area hospital and treated for his non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. There is no suspect information.
