* WHAT...Additional snowfall of 4-12 inches above 7500 feet with winds gusting as highs as 40 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow. Below 7500 feet a mix of rain and snow is expected with little to no impact.
* WHERE...Northern Elko County and Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range.
* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHERN ELKO COUNTY ... RUBY MOUNTAINS AND EAST HUMBOLDT RANGE
