Wilmington Police request public assistance to identify suspect in fatal shooting incident: 
Wilmington Police are requesting the assistance of the public to identify a fatal shooting suspect.
On November 28, at approximately 9:06 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 200 block of West 20th Street, in reference to a fatal shooting that occurred inside of a residence in that block. Upon arrival, police located a 39-year-old male gunshot victim, who succumbed to his injuries.
This case has been assigned to Detective Joseph Wicks of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Detective Wicks obtained a surveillance footage of the suspect, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.
