* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Above 17.0 feet, expect flooding of low lying farm land and structures downstream of the Foss gauging station to Nehalem. Flooding will come close to streets in the town of Nehalem, especially during high tide.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 AM PST Tuesday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 17.4 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
