Last seen wearing a dark green t-shirt, burgundy pants and navy blue shoes.
On 12/5/2023, at approximately 5:30 PM, Esperanza Velazquez (81) walked away from the shopping center located in the area of First Street and Harbor Boulevard.
Esperanza suffers from severe Alzheimer’s.
