Accident on Sea Island Pkwy at Lady's Island Dr on Lady's Island. All NB lanes of Sea Island Pkwy are blocked. 
An accident has just occurred at the intersection of Sea Island Parkway and Lady's Island Drive on Lady's Island. All northbound lanes of Sea Island Parkway (Highway 21) are currently blocked by vehicles involved and emergency vehicles. Traffic is currently by rerouted. Please use caution when traveling through this area and expect delays.
