INCIDENT: H&S 11377 - Possession of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: Rio Mesa and Hwy 62, Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Olivia Bramucci, 49 Years Old, Resident of Lake Havasu City, AZ
VICTIM(S): The State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at approximately 9:55 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police Department contacted Olivia Bramucci during a traffic enforcement stop near Rio Mesa and Hwy 62 in Big River, CA. During the contact, Bramucci was found to have an outstanding warrant for H&S 11364(A)-Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and PC 148(A)(1)- Obstructing an Officer. During a consensual search of Bramucci's belongings, Bramucci was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Olivia Bramucci was arrested on the above charges and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Bramucci remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $25,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
