*Attention Clark Avenue and Kennedy Drive residents* 

D&L Paving will be conducting catch basin and drainage work on Clark Avenue today, December 7, 2023 and possibly Friday December 8, 2023 between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.  They will be installing new drainage pipe underneath the roadway which will require a trench to be dug in the roadway.  
The contractor will work this project in sections to allow for traffic to flow on Clark Avenue and provide constant access to both Clark Avenue and Kennedy Drive while work is being conducted.  
Police Officers will be present during the construction to assist motorists and residents past the construction site.
