The Santa Maria Police Department is requesting community assistance in locating a missing at-risk person. Alfonso Pulumpa (65 years old) walked away from his residence in the area of Swallow and Condor streets in the City of Santa Maria. He is described as an Asian male, 5'02", 200lbs, balding gray hair, and wearing eyeglasses. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt with blue sweater, and blue paid pajama bottoms. He walked away at approximately 4 PM and his destination is unknown. Alfonso is at risk due to a medical condition.
