Fairfield Police advises you to AVOID westbound Highway 12 at Pennsylvania Avenue. Caltrans is working to recover a tractor trailer that went off the embankment. All westbound Highway 12 traffic is being diverted onto either Cordelia Road or Pennsylvania Avenue.
