* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting to 30 mph. Visibility as low as one half mile at times.
* WHERE...East Turnagain Arm.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will develop along east Turnagain Arm by late this afternoon. Snowfall rates of one inch per hour are possible this evening before the snow tapers off. The combination of snowfall, gusty winds, and the dry nature of the snow may significantly reduce visibility along area roadways.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST TURNAGAIN ARM
