OWI 5th Offense – Forrest N Ellsworth
On 12/08/23, at 2:15 AM, a Janesville officer located a vehicle stopped in traffic at the intersection of Lodge Dr and Woodlane Dr for a prolonged period of time.
Upon initiating a traffic stop, and making contact with the driver, the officer observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Forrest N Ellsworth refused to complete standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (5th offense).
A legal blood draw was taken from Ellsworth, the results are pending.
Ellsworth was held at the Rock County Jail.
