   On or about December 11, 2023 employees of the Davey Tree Expert Company will be starting a tree canopy survey in the Township of Ocean. The purpose of this survey to determine the overall health and diversity of our urban forest while at the same time identifying any hazard trees that will require action from a safety standpoint. The individuals conducting the survey will not have to go onto private property in the course of the survey.
   The employees will have a picture ID identifying them as an employee of the Davey Tree Resource Group as well as wearing Hi Vis outerwear with the Davey Tree Logo on it. Their vehicles will have magnetic signs on them identifying them as part of the Davey Tree Resource Group. It is expected that the survey will take approximately three weeks to complete. This timeline is somewhat weather dependent.
