Avoid the area of Kirkpatrick Street and Paterson Street for a water main break. Kirkpatrick Street between Paterson St and Bayard will be shut down in both directions at approximately 3 pm until further notice. Plan alternate route. Also emergency water main break in the area of Spring Street and Church Street. Spring Street will be closed between Church and Paterson. Plan alternate route. Follow officers directions
