* IMPACTS...Across much of the area, widespread minor urban and riverine flooding is expected, with a localized flash flood threat. Across Southern Connecticut, scattered instances of urban and riverine flash flooding are likely. Large stem rivers in southern Connecticut are also forecast to go into minor flood on Monday.
