* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet conditions today could lead to a light glaze of ice beneath the snow once temperatures fall below freezing tonight.
