* WHERE...A portion of northwest Oregon, including the following areas, Coast Range of Northwest Oregon and North Oregon Coast.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The heaviest rain has ended across the area, with lighter rain showers expected to linger through this afternoon. Area rivers will crest later this morning and are forecasted to remain below flood stage, however the Wilson River near Tillamook may still approach minor flood stage before noon today. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
