The North Brunswick Office of Emergency Management advises residents that heavy rain and gusty winds will continue tonight into Monday morning.
 
Heavy rains will develop later this evening, with the overnight and predawn Monday likely being where most of any flood issues would develop. Gusty winds likely accompany the rain at times through tonight, but also after the rain ends (which can mix with a bit of snow) later in the morning - which coupled with the soaking rains can lead to a few downed branches or very localized issues as well.
 
Unsecured holiday decorations pose a risk during storms, as strong winds can turn outdoor holiday decorations into projectiles, endangering people, property and even your power.
