* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 327 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - For North Branch Raritan River at South Branch: At 3:00am the stage was 7.91 feet and rising. Flood Stage is 8 feet. ...
